You and we both agree to keep a lid on in and refrain from discussing anything relating to the arbirtation matter with others; unless the authorities ask for it or if there is an appeal regarding the amount of money awarded.

It’s important to sit down together, listen to understand and to work on a win-win outcome for everyone involved.

The Purpose of Arbitration is to solve problems and help everyone benefit. Arbitration can help solve many disputes and claims if we let it. By using our website and services you agree to abide by the rulings of the arbitrator.

You agree to let us know if you have a claim or dispute right away.

We believe in working things out. Together we can.

By using our website and services you agree to contact us right away if you have a claim or dispute.

You also agree to give us a minimum of 60 days to work with you towards a win-win outcome for us both.

You agree to work on a win-win outcome with the help of an arbitrator (who has been approved by the American Arbitration Association) if you and we cannot reach a win-win outcome ourselves.

You agree to have the arbitration take place in Chicago, IL.

When the arbitrator makes a decision on the award amount, it cannot be more than what the actual damages were.

If the matter should be pursued further, the final decision of the arbitration can be entered into any court, given its is within jurisdiction.

If the court should find that there a portion of the arbitration is invalid, the remaining portions will be applied and upheld.

The arbitrator cannot group claims.

You agree not to file a class action lawsuit against us.
